Ive eaten 1100 calories already and its not even 9am. I binged for breakfast. I had 2 egg mcmuffins and a hashbrown from mcdonalds at 6am and 2 rice krispy treats just now. What is wrong with me???

Sometimes that happens to me too, whenever I see a good loss on the scale I feel like I'm skinny and eat something bad. Don't be hard on yourself, you didn't gain weight from eating bad one day and you won't lose weight from eating good one day either. It's all about the repetition and how long you stick with it! I know the feeling of being disgusted with yourself, just eat something low calorie for lunch/dinner and drink lots of water. If you can get to the gym later, do it, but if not just start fresh tomorrow

Sometimes planning out meals helps me a lot like if I can cook the night before and put it in the fridge for something fast or just at least have an idea of what I'm going to cook and log it already in my food log, I will stay on plan better. Just a suggestion that works for me. Don't be hard on yourself for messing up. Just get back on it!

edit- do you think you might have symptoms of binge eating? or is this unusual for you? it's something I struggle with and many others in the 3fc community, if you feel like you can't control those binges or anything there are a lot of helpful forums specifically about that! good luck

Getting back on plan can be soooo hard. Its a choice you have to make. When I eat poorly I do a couple of things... number one is log every single bit of it. I know that I might as well be honest about it because my body is keeping an accurate count wheather my brain is or not. Number two thing I do is make a huge picture of crystal lite lemonade. I really like the stuff and I really hate plain water. Having something low calorie to drink and drinking plenty can curb my hunger.

And remember to let it go. It was one morning. Get back on plan and forget about it. Today's counts are going to be off. There is nothing to be done about it. Let it go. Tomorrow is another day.

This IS part of the journey and it happens to all of us. We're never too far gone or in too deep to claw our way back to being on plan! Well done for getting back on track and good luck as you continue the good fight!

A little late posting but though I would share some support and well done for getting through it!

I always find I just have to keep busy doing something to pass the time. Seems the more I think about what and how much I ate makes the situations worse and I end up going over for the day very quickly. As others mention 1 day does not make or break your goals. I think when situations like this arise think positive and set a goal to get through the day and accept that this is OK and just part of your journey and by all means not a failure.
