I didn't notice the difference in the mirror for a few months, even though my measurements and clothes showed I was getting smaller.

Are you taking measurements and progress photos? I wish I'd started taking progress photos much earlier in my weight loss journey.

Great job at the gym, and good luck with your weight loss!
