Welcome Sarah, and good luck on your journey.

You have taken the first step admitting that its an issue. There are many diets out there. Weight Watchers worked for me but it doesn't for some people.

What it boils down to is calories eaten and calories burned. I have since quit weight watchers and do calorie counting on myfitnesspal.com

Also be as active as you can, whether it be a gym, or just getting out and walking around.

Smile New, too!

Hi, Sarah!
I'm new here to!
I know what you mean about "enough is enough". I've gotten to that point also. Looks like you & I have kinda similar goals.
I've done this before...lost 100 lbs. What did it for me last go around? Eating healthier, drinking plenty of H2O, walking & toning exercises.
Just remember, it took time to put on the weight, it'll take time to get it off.
After saying I've lost 100 lbs & now I have to do it again...that probably has you wondering what happened. In a nutshell, emotional eating & lack of motivation. I lost my father, I lost a job I loved & everything just spiraled out of control. Well, I'm back & I'm going to kick butt! Wanna buddy up?
GOOD LUCK!!!
