I started working on losing weight after I had my last baby he was 3 months old and by then I lost 30lbs just by counting calories. I then joined a gym and really started working out and doing my best to lose weight and get I to shape.
I have lost 115lbs in 17 months. I hit 100lbs lost on my sons first birthday that was pretty exciting.
I have been wanting to help others who are obese like me. So I started a blog and I also became a cycle instructor at a gym, I going to get certified with obesity personal training soon, so I can personally work with only people who are in the same place I once was. There are a few other certifications I am going to get as well.
Right now I am working on teaching my cycle class and losing the last of my weight. I have 45 lbs to go and it just seems like it doesn't want to go anywhere lol but I gave myself until my 30th birthday which is aug 2013 to get to goal so it will come off.
