Hi Hi Hi

This is my first post as I just made my account! Decided that I am finally going to lose the weight a healthy way before my huge three month trip to Europe! I know I will need lots of support and what better way then here! Sooo lets be friends and encourage each other till we hit that goal!!

I just joined also. I have lost 50lbs in the past 9 months. I am now doing ideal protein but have definitely made a good change in my eating habits and lifestyle.

Hey there! I just started IP this week. Today I am wearing a pair of jeans that I could not zip last week. I have no idea if I have lost any weight but inches are coming off. I am not stepping on my home scale because I tend to obsess over it and then weigh myself several times a day! yeah, not a good habit at all! I had a really rough day 3 & 4 but I am feeling so much better for day 5. Everyone on this site has been so great and inspiring. They tell em that after the first 2 weeks I will feel so much better. Glad you are here!
