Talking Question about my daily calorie needs?

Hey guys, I'm new here and I just have a few questions. I've lost about 60lbs over the last year, mostly because I was diagnosed as celiac and had to stop eating a lot of my usual foods (which was bread, pasta, biscuits and more pasta). I'm looking to lose about 30 more and get my fitness up. Anyways, onto my questions!

Does anyone do 'zigzag'/calorie rotation? I've heard it advertised but never got anything straight from someone who's tried it?

So I work as a baker, I'm on my feet 8 hours straight and do cardio and weights work for at least an hour everyday. I'm just having trouble when it comes to calorie counters. Do I count my job as a physical one? Because it's a change of around 500 calories, which could obviously make a huge difference in my journey!

Any advise would be greatly appreciated! (or healthy gluten free recipes!)

of course you count your job in.
because your BMR does not include you standing on your feet for 8 hours a day.
just add the calories burned as an addition to your workout.
(after finding out exactly how many calories they are burned. i.e., 3 mile per hour walking speed typically burn about 80 calories on a person who weighs about 150 lbs.)

I recently interviewed Canada's two leading obesity experts and put the question to them. They said there is no science to support the approach, even though on paper it sounds somewhat plausible. Even if there is a benefit that hasn't been discovered yet, the weight loss advantage would be negligible, they said.

Well, there's no DRAWBACK to calorie cycling, if it's your preference. Just don't expect to lose more weight from this approach than from distributing the same amount of weekly calories more evenly.
