I have it set to light, because I do a lot of house cleaning and running after the children I nanny for, but I still log in all of my workouts. My daily goal is 30 min of activity 4 days a week just as a guideline. There are days that I workout longer and sometimes more than 4 days a week. Also unless I am going out to dinner with my husband and family or if it's a special occasion, I usually don't eat the calories I have earned by exercising because I am working towards optimum results.
