Maybe skin tags? I can't exactly picture them by your description. Are they just the color of your skin, and never go away?

When in doubt go to the dr!!!

Not skin tags..they're more of bumps under the skin.

Could just be a gristle lump or skin cyst, which are harmless and really common.

If you feel any anxiety pop into your doctor and ask about it

It sounds like it could be Keretosis.

I have had bumps on my shoulders for a long time, since puberty. They look like little tiny pimples under the skin and they can look red in color sometimes..they nickname it "chicken skin" cause it resembles the look of a chicken whose had its feathers pulled out..

You could try googling Keretosis in google images and see if it looks like what your talking about.

If it is..be aware that it doesnt go away. Exfoliating helps but it doesnt remove it. Its often hereditary and either your mom or your dad would have it as well. Its very common in fair skinned people. Its really just harmless..

I'd see a dermatologist, there's any number of harmless things it could be, but nobody on the Internet is going to make a reliable diagnosis like a trained professional with eyes on you and your history can.
