Im doing SW at the moment too. I love the plan. Ive lost most of my weight on the plan. And although it's been a long process for me, I have never ever regained that much weight (max a stone). In all honesty, I joined a month ago and I've lost 1 stone 2lbs already. I'm so happy to be at group again. It's an amazing way of life that doesn't even need exercise (but it does help)
