Default Japanese Take-out Places

I admit, I am a lover of Japanese take-out. Tokyo Grill, Fuji Grill, Osaka Inn, Sarku -- you name it, I love it, and every now and then when I decide to indulge, the issue I'm running into is these places do not come up in My Fitness Pal. Or if they do, it's not what I'm eating -- I eat the basic combos: meat + rice + veggies. I never know how to enter it into my calorie counter. For tonight I found an equivalent from Sarku, but I was lucky to find that.

What would y'all do for something like this? Put in each item individually? Cause I'm sure not finding calorie-counts for the whole plate, lol.

Yep, I enter the items individually. If you usually get roughly the same things, and save them in your meals, then it makes it easier the next time.

I overestimate each thing individually- you never know how much oil/extra calories is used in food you don't prepare yourself, so I'd rather overestimate.

I do what pink sparkles does, enter each item individually and then overestimate just to cover myself... beause you never know.
