Dumbbell Workouts ?
So I have a set of Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells that have been collecting dust for years... well, I finally decided to dust them off this week and start actually using them... I've been able to dial them up to 25lbs. a piece and do a few sets of some basic exercises with not too much effort... so far, so good...
Anyone here like to share their favorite dumbbell exercises and workouts? I'm not really interested in doing much else as far as lifting weights goes right now, so I thought since I have them I might as well use them... and I'm hoping that I can noticeably tone up with just dumbbells alone...
I'll be interested to hear what others here have to say when it comes to their experiences with them...
