Hi Neve. That is tough, having all those things going on in one body! I have tried so many different diets, and was so confused as to what to even try. Never has there been so many diets and so much info. One says low fat, one vegetarian, one protein and on and on. I found I don't do well with a diet heavy in carbs, or protein. I have opted for the diet called The Formula and it is wonderful. I have lost 15 pounds since the 1st of Feb., and find it really easy to stay on. There is no strange food, just normal types. Having good results, when on some of the others I lost 2 pounds in a month. Feel great as well. Lots of energy and for someone with FM that is a rarity (lol).

Good luck on whatever you try. On the FM board, we have one lady doing ww and another doing Sugar Busters and the others I don't know the name of their diets.

If you want to, come on over to the FM forum.

Anne
