Default Your favorite veggie seasoning?

I have to share mine:

Penzy's Shallot Salt. Basically, it is shallots and sea salt. I have been putting it on my sauteed veggies and my salads. Easy and delicious.

Oh, and it is pricy, but a little bit goes a long way.

I'm south of Boston! (though probably much further outside of town than you!) Howdy neighbor!

I have a huge spice rack, so how I season really depends on my taste. Some of my faves:

Coriander & thyme or basil
Chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin
Curry powder, nutmeg
Garlic powder, basil & oregano
Cardamom & garlic or chives

I kind of go wherever the mood takes me!

Fiesta Spice Company Fajita Seasoning...on EVERYTHING. Its a San Antonio thing, i grew up with this stuff on the table instead of salt & pepper.

I made my own seasoning that I used as a rub. But you could use it with veggies too

1t powdered garlic
1t cumin
2t Mrs. dash Southwestern
1t sea salt
1 pkt stevia.

Super good on burgers, steak and chicken, and sprinkled into sautéing veggies.

I love, love, love Bragg's seasoning. It's like 24 herbs and spices without salt. I love to put it on sauteed veggies and sometimes into ground chicken or turkey when I make burgers

Fresh garlic (from my garlic press), with a little kosher salt and some fresh ground pepper - I'm a simple girl.

I love McCormick's Salt Free Garlic & Herb Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, and paprika. I usually grill my chicken and steak on my George Forman grill. I also use Quail Fresh basil sometimes. Walden farms also makes great BBQ sauce that I lightly brush on and then grill.
