Unhappy Didn't have a very good weigh in this week :-(

Went up 3 pounds but my coach said it may be water retention due to my TOM...so I can't let it get to me.

My coach just sat down with me and showed me something she was reading. It basically said, that to gain 2 lbs of fat, you have to eat something like TONS of cookies, huge case of beer, and a bunch of other crap to gain.

It's just water and will even out by next WI I bet!

Yea there is no way I had all of that crap lol, due to TOM maybe a piece of chocolate here and there. And definitely been going to the bathroom and drinking all of my water. Hopefully the scale will be nice to me next week :-D

Right. You can't let it get to you. Just keep plugging along knowing the protocol works! Next week or the week after will reflect your work!

If you have chocolate it can (and probably will) throw you out of ketosis. So, unless your following the plan you aren't expected to have consistent weight losses. Ditch the chocolate. (If you were referring to non-IP chocolate.)
