Hi there,
I'm new too! Started a week ago with the alternatives and really excited with the results so far. I was on another program, 5 packets a day and did well with that but never went into maintenance and gained most of it back. I just want this to be my last "lifestyle change." I am finding this program alot easier and I'm not nearly as hungry as I was on the the other program.
