So, recently I've started running more, and I run laps around my yard. Well, I walk in between laps because I'm still new and not good yet, so every other lap I walk. But anyway, this morning I decided to do 10 running laps, and then I did school and life and stuff, and now tonight I decided to do ten more. I know it's not much of an achievement at my level, but this time around, I actually didn't run out of breath! Usually around 8 I start losing breath, but this time the rest of my body wanted to stop, not just my lungs!
That just makes me so happy! I really hope this keeps up, because then I'll actually love running!
