I've got one and just curious if anyone else uses it as well? If so, do you like it? Find it accurate? Use it every day?

I do like mine and it does seem to be pretty accurate. I find it easier to stay on track when I have a visual tool to help me see exactly what is going on and where I need to make changes if necessary.

Anyone else out there?

Yep, I have one. I used to think it wasn't overly accurate, but it probably is. Unfortunately, most of the time I've had it (since Feb.) I was either not wearing it or not being good about either eating or exercising. Now that I'm being good with both, it jives pretty well, much to my chagrine.

I love gizmos LOVE them and this one has not let me down. I have the core with the display. I don't care about syncing to my phone. being able to see how I am doing throughout the day is fun! Though, it takes a LOT to get to 8000 steps and 10000 steps? GOOD GRIEF!

I have a Bodybugg, which is almost the same thing, and I love it! It definitely helps me realize how much I'm eating and how much I'm burning. I wear mine everyday, all day & night, except for in the Shower.

same deal as wiredkell- bodybugg, love it, and wear it all day! I'm very happy with the accuracy, although it tends to move ahead of me sometimes- eg it will say I should have lost 3 pounds when I've lost 1, then I know a whoosh is coming (and it usually does after a few days or after start of TOM).

I also find that I'm doing more little things during the day to get my numbers up- like walking instead of taking the bus an extra block, taking stairs, even working out more often because it's so satisfying to see the number skyrocket! So far my best burn day was just over 4,000, on a day when I went on a 4 hour hike (which was supposed to be 1 hour, but I got lost)!! Generally I'm averaging a burn of 3,000 for this measurement period (the last 3 weeks)


I don't even notice it anymore- in fact, my arm feels naked without it!

I have one... and now that i'm back at it I know it will be a big help. Mine is a couple of years old. I pulled it out a drawer and dusted it off after not using it for a long time.
