My BFF raved about this site so here I am! In January I picked SBD when stopped being delusional that I could get back to a healthy weight on my own. I lost a quick 15lbs in round one and then slowly have strayed. I bought myself an empty Pandora bracelet to reward myself every 3lbs. Well, it's time to add some more beads!! It's been 5 days and the scale is moving! It's a pain in the *** but it works. I'll be looking for motivation here!!
