Default the scale really is just a number! :)

these pictures are about 2 months apart from each other, and only a 9lb difference.. however look at my thighs!! just goes to show you that sometimes it's okay to kick the scale to the curb!

I guess it really depends what 11lbs it is 250 to 239... not so much, maybe I'm just not used to it and 183-174 (as of this am) is more noticeable! either way I'm happy with my "gap"

Oh just realized it's actually 9lbs not 11.. haha whoops.

I think you look fantastic! I agree with Jez, 9 lbs. can make significant difference, particularly as you hit smaller weights. You mentioned your thighs and they do indeed look firmer and smaller. Have you taken your measurements? From my own experience I know that as I got smaller the losses were much more apparent in inches lost and how my clothes fit rather than the scale. Again, you look great! Congratulations and thanks for sharing the photos. I really appreciate the ladies who take the time to include them in posts because it helps me keep 'real' bodies and standards here, on planet Earth, and not on the fashion or celebrity images.

You looking amazing! I feel this way about scales, too. I go by my measurements more than the number underneath me.
