Hi there and welcome (I'm new too). Counting calories or at least being aware of what I'm eating by reading labels is really helping me reach my goal. Good luck!!!

Hi!! Welcome! Calorie counting worked for me!

I never was a fan of it when I would hear people talk about it, I actually used to say "Pfff.. I'd never do that!!"

But guess what, I'm freaking loving my new body now, and I honestly don't mind continuing with this.

I agree with DrivenByAmbition. Measuring is key. You can overestimate or underestimate and that would lead to a stall. Also, try My fitness pal website or app. I absolutely love it.

Thank you so much for the tips and encouragement. I'm finally back doing the only thing that worked for me in the past - counting calories. Only this time, it's for good.
