Hi,
Welcome to the group. I found this site back in 2004, but never really used it. I rediscovered it a few days ago and hope it really helps me with the support i need for my weight loss goals. I am only on my 4th day of my goal of eating healthy. Its been hard, but so far I am doing pretty well. Good luck to you.

Hello to all of you. I joined the site several years ago but unfortunately have gotten sidetracked a few times, but I am still down 38 pounds from where I started and on my way again! I wish all of you success on your weight loss journey

Right now I would just like to be under 300! My ultimate goal is around 180ish. I'm trying to take this one day @ a time and see how it works out for me.
