WebMd food and fitness planner
Has anyone else been using this? I just started eating better about a week ago and this has been a pretty nifty tool. You take a quiz and it tells you how many calories to eat and how long to exercise. Now I haven't been counting calories or anything but I do record all my food and exercise on here because its nice to have a visual. I don't want this to feel diety cause I want this to be a life change not a short period. Id say its working cause I lost 8.4 pounds this week. So you guys should check it out if you haven't already and if you have whats thoughts on it.
