Hey all, I'm in my first week of IP and I feel good so far. I can't wait to report weight changes. I have a question. Does anyone know if working out is encouraged. I have seen different things in different IP websites. I want to work out to increase weight loss but is this a good idea?
Working out is not encouraged in the first couple of weeks. And only moderately during the first phase. The low calorie diet was stated as the reason for this to me.
