Default Body For Life by Bill Phillips

I had ordered the book "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips and it came in the mail today. It's a used book, paid $.01 plus shipping for it on Amazon. I haven't started reading it yet but planning on starting the book tomorrow. Has anyone on here followed and had great results with this plan?

The exercise/weightlifting plan takes committment but I did have great results [that is until my gym closed down! - havent rejoined a gym since]. I didnt follow the diet plan though. It's a good program and it'll definitely help make you fitter and stronger.

Well, I didn't read it but browsed through the exercises and there are a lot of equipment I need in order to go through it. I'm going to get it for my basement but it won't be for NOW. I'd like to do it though for sure! Thanks for replying!

Sophie I did it back about 10 years ago except for I added cardio (i.e., on the days I wasn't supposed to do HIT I did 40 minutes of lower intensity). But those intervals REALLY burned off the fat. I think that will be a great plan to add to your stuff already. There was a Abs Workout DVD gosh I can't remember if it is No. 1 or 2 that has some 20 minute HIT Program on it. There are probably more now, but it was pretty cool. Also check garage sales! You can find lots of bargains for people that bought weights with good intentions.
