Has anyone had any luck with the Fat Flush Plan. I'm giving it a shot (why not, I've tried everything else) because it actually has more food per day than I feel hungry enough to eat but my weight hasn't budged after 1 1/2 weeks. Still on Phase 1.
I haven't seen any recent posts, but if you search the archives you will definitely find some posts in the past from people that were on the plan, or that were researching it.
