Hi, I'm new here! I'm just starting out on my weight loss journey and I don't have my plan completely figured out yet, I've started out cutting out all the junk food, and crap I'm used to eating/drinking and counting calories, and exercising! I'm the most motivated I've ever been, so I know I can do it! I just got out of a horrible relationship, my ex used to worship my body (every fat inch!) and inevitably that caused me to gain an additional 20lbs! (he was constantly feeding me cookies,donuts and candy!) He'd freak out if I even looked like I'd lost weight (yet he left me for a tiny little athletic runner that probably has 0% body fat...yeah, what is that about?) So obviously I'm still a little emotionally unstable but I am so ready for a change and I figured this was the best time to do it! I really think having a good support system is important, and just having someone to talk to that's going thru the same stuff will be good for me, so I'm looking for a buddy/buddies!
