Hello, jsmaps, I've just joined, too. I've lost 7 lbs. but still have another 13 or more to go! I really enjoy eating "no/low carb" and it seems to be working. But it's the staying on top of the game, by having the time, energy and effort to keep my refrigerator stocked with good food and having the energy to make it. That's usually my downfall. So one of my primary goals is to keep my fridge stocked with fresh meats, veggies, etc. So I can easily make a meal when I'm tired and want to order pizza, ha! Good luck on your journey and congratulations on your 20 lb loss, wow, that's excellent!!
