So I normally have carbs in the morning, and low carb high protein for lunch and dinner. I usually see good results. My calorie intake is usually about 1000 calories. I upped my exercise to include interval jogging/walking instead of my usual walking, and lost 3 lbs at the beginning of the week, than weight didn't budge, and than i gained 2 lbs for a net loss of 1 lb. It's just frustrating and i find myself craving carbs and ended up cheating this week, so my net loss is now at zero for the past 2 weeks! fantastic

I would like to blame the cravings on that time of month, but i think adding in more carbs will help. I should also note the only exercise i did was lots of walking around the mall these past 3 days
So back to my usual exercise routine day and wanted to add carbs to my lunch, and by carbs i mean a light thomas english muffin. Which is what i have for breakfast. Protein diets DO NOT work for me, so i figured maybe upping the carbs will have a positive effect on weight loss and keeps cravings curbed.
Any experience with adding more carbs to the diet?
