Good day to you all. I am temi by name and a new member on the site. I'm glad to be here and i hope everyone finds a solution to there weight loss problem in here. I want more friends for getting advice and sharing information about health, and other matters,and i hope that we all learn many things from this forum, so please welcome me guys ... cheers
