I am new here, weighed in and measured, have been exercising everyday for 3 weeks now and I am trying to make the dramatic change I need in order to be healthy and happy. Today I took before pictures, I am dead serious I can not be overweight like this, quitting is NOT an option for me!
My sister has joined and is doing well so far, we encourage each other and find we are both serious about losing.
