Default I have to give in!!

So for several days I've had this mad craving for fried zucchini.. I can't get it out of my head!!
Well, I started googling what restaurants serve it and I guess Carls Jr does. I hardly ever eat fast food anymore but I saw it has 330 calories and I have 300 calories left for the day.

So, yeah, I have to give in and go get it or else I'll go mad!! At least I am only blowing my calorie allowance by 30

When I have these cravings I tell myself I never have to - its never going to be life or death if I say no to that food forever but if I really want it, its OK to have it.

There are a lot worse things to crave than fried zucchini, that's for sure! I wonder if you could find a healthier version that you could make at home (baked maybe?) for the next time the craving strikes - then it'd be even more reasonable!

Yes I totally need to look up a healthy baked recipe! I didn't really enjoy the Carls Jr ones but that's probably a GOOD thing as now I won't be back to get more.

My body/mind is so strange. I can go 6 months with no real cravings for anything and then all of a sudden there will be something I can't stop thinking about!

I love grilling zucchini. I just finished up what I had made the other day and now I'm mad I don't have any more to snack on

I make zucchini tots from a recipe at emilybites.com. They're great fresh out of the oven and all crispy. Nums.

When I first went to that site just now I was confused wondering why someone losing weight would look for recipes on here, all till I saw
The calorie count, wow looks like yum comfort food.
