my sister just introduced me to this site last week! I recently just had my second baby at the end of December and have decided it is time to get my butt in gear at least a little before my cruise in October. I had my first baby on 06-09-2010 and i gained a whopping 70lbs. I lost all but 20lbs before I got pregnant with my second. I had my second on 12-28-2011 and I gained 40lbs. I have that lingering 15lbs left from that pregnancy plus the 20lbs for my first! I just get so frustrated because you always see and hear about people who are back to their pre-baby weight so quick after they give birth and here I am struggling with a total of about 35lbs plus some. I am hoping this site will give me the extra encouragement and strength to get back to my pre- pregnancy weight plus a little
Shanners, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets, themes, or age groups, find one that inspires you and just post to join!
