2 weeks is not a plateau!
Unless you are the one in it!
My weight loss was steady for 3 weeks, and then boom - 2 pound gain and that held steady for 2 weeks. While I was training for and then competing in an obstacle course one weekend and a triathlon the next!
So so frustrating.
I kept repeating the advice I see on here - stick with your plan, up your protein, keep going, this is normal, the scale lies, measure yourself, etc. etc.
And finally today down a pound and a half! And yesterday 2 pairs of smaller pants I own fit me.
