Default Such a big difference in mood

For the most part, I have been eating really healthy. Plenty of water, vegetables, and fruit. Today, I ate food from Arby's and a Pepsi. All I want to do is crawl into bed and go to sleep. Before today, I had been feeling so good and energetic.

It's amazing what our bodies can tell us when we're listening close enough.

When I first started eating healthier and cutting out junk food and greasy foods, I found that I felt good. I felt happy. After taking a step back just once, I realized how it really just wasn't worth the pain and gross feelings. Fast food may look delicious and taste good, but it is so not worth the aches and pains.

I went to a Benihana-type of place a couple years ago. After eating healthy, I was literally sick with the oil and salt in the food. So, I feel your pain. The good thing is it doesn't last--although the memory does.

I cannot eat unhealthy again, I really feel like I am going to be sick.

I am eating some fruit now to try and settle my stomach.

i worked for 6 hours straight yesterday AFTER a weight workout AND running a mile and a half....i ate a cup of coffee and a bit of granola/yogurt..by the time i got home i could have eaten the paint off the walls LOL...i had a sugar cookie and a mini cheeseburger (kids snacks, they saved me some)....i felt awful, sluggish, exhausted, etc and soon after laid on the couch and slept fitfully but felt better when i woke up...i KNOW it was from the crappy food

I have been to the gym everyday this week and although my muscles are sore, I have slept like a baby every night! I've also had this really positive attitude and just feel great in general.

I understand this. I will eat clean for a long time but then give in to a craving and usually regret it because I'll end up feeling really ill after eating whatever it was I was craving.
