Time to introduce myself I Guess, After being a student and forgeting what healthly food was and only really believing in hangover food and alcohol I went to over weight to 'oh dear what have you done' in under a year and decided to move back home!
After then being told im suffering with depression and putting even more weight on its just not really a laughing matter anymore. So here i am a week after being rather determined to do something about it before i go to mexico in september 2013, 5 pounds lighter, and a member of a new forum - hopefully with loads of support from all you lovely people so when im in mexico with my size 10 friend i wont look like ive eaten another one of my size 10 friends.
so lets carry on counting calories with some whitty banter
We're a small group there, but very friendly. And stick to it, you could be a LOT closer to goal by then - at a pound a week you'll be nearly five stone down by then. Now there's a happy thought.

]I thought it was a typo and you meant to say 50 pounds lighter (before I go to Mexico in September 2013, 50 pounds lighter)
