Good morning everyone
This is my first time posting and my fifth day 'dieting'. I'm 37-years-old with two children, a husband, two cats, and a dog. I also work full time outside the home. My husband and I both need to lose weight, so we're taking this weight-loss journey together. My goal is to get skinny and pretty; his goal is to shed pounds and get healthier (i.e. improved lab work, less body pain). My goal
should be to get toned and fit, but I'm
not looking forward to exercising so for now I'm concentrating on changing the food I eat.
That's me in a nutshell. I'm looking forward to reading more posts and jumping in with my two cents every now and again. Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday!
