I can't do this alone!!!

    Hi Everyone!

    Today is a new day for me. I have started with excercise and diet. And now I have found this wonderful site for support, because I have come to realize that I can't do this alone. I need advice, encouragement, and an occasional virtual shoulder to cry on. I look forward to learning from those of you who have fought and succeeded.

    today is the start of a new day and I promise you can do it as long as you set your mind to it. This forum is wonderful with so many inspiring stories, if all these women can do it ,as amazing as they are, we can too. Best of Luck, and you will always have a shoulder here!
