I'm just starting on the green menu today and am a bit nervous about adding all the extra foods. I am down 11.5 pounds in 2 weeks and I feel great! What I miss the most is a little snack mid morning. Not much, just a bite or two of something. I'm excited to try some of the great recipes here.

Thank you! Breakfast is a protein and fruit or starch. Lunch is protein, vegetable and fruit or starch. Dinner is protein, vegetable and starch. In addition, I drink a high protein supplement at breakfast and lunch and up to 2 more as snacks.
My weigh in today showed .5 lb since Monday, but 13.5 inches in 2.5 weeks.
