New Today!
I'm new today, although I have a log in that dates back to 2007. I do not remember what, or if I posted back then.
My weight is really getting me down. I've started and failed at so very many diets, so many times. I's hard for me to believe I can even get close to goal weight. However, I must try. Can anyone relate to having no confidence due to many diet failures?
I plan to focus on one day at a time being successful. I'm not doing a particular eating plan at this time, just healthy and keeping it reasonable. But, I might lean towards low-carb or a similar plan because I feel best when I stay away from refined carbs. I am using the app: "Lose It" to record food intake. I also started taking Green coffee extract yesterday, along with CLA. I have no clue if it will help or not.
