I couldn't find any new challenges, so I thought I would start my own. Anyone is welcome at anytime. There will be no cut off time on when you can join this challenge (except when the challenge ends).
I want to loose 150 pounds in total, but I will take baby steps. This Challenge is like the BL There will be weekly weigh ins and you post your weight. person with the highest weekly weight lost will be PCS BL of the week.
Set goals each week.
-Learn something new about fitness and healthy eat.
-Get inspired.
-etc.
