Default Mini-goal of more energy achieved!
I used to basically have no energy, now I have moved from that to having substantial amounts of energy!
This was one of my goals, with lupus you sometimes feel rather exhausted, but since trying to eat my required amount of calories, I have been feeling great! I know that it can only go up from here, at least, I hope .
