Just wanted to say hello. I'm 22 and tired of being overweight (I have been since I was 14). This site seems like a great community, and I'm excited to get started. I'm 186 lbs and I'd like to drop down to 135.
I'm going to start weight watchers with my mom, who has lost about 30 lbs since she started not too long ago. Not much else to say, haha. Can't wait to get some yummy healthy recipes from you all (I need to learn how to really cook!)
