So I spent the last week indulging in everything I haven't been eating - packaged foods, potato salad (and a lot of it!), cheesecake, burgers, coke, and everything else that's delicious and bad for you! Haha
The contest I was in ended last week so I was a lot less strict with my diet and working out. It was also my room mates birthday and we had a potluck dinner plus leftovers! I gained about 3 lbs! Ugh, kind of annoying, but surprisingly I'm not betting myself up (well too much anyways). I'm disappointed in myself because I could have made better choices but I'm not all like 'you stupid cow what were you thinking? Have some self control you fat pig!' like I normally would!
I have a totally different outlook on my weight loss journey and it's not that I failed - I just was less strict and now it's time to get back on the bandwagon!
I just love how my attitude and outlook has changed regarding all of this because it's soooo not me! Haha
