Hi, new guy to the site. Am trying to shed about 25 lbs. Read Gary Taubes "Good Calories, Bad Calories" and a lot of what he said really made sense so am going to give it a try.
So am going to try and maintain a Low Carb Intake (try and keep it under 30 grams), will see how it goes.
Hi and welcome. I am new here too. I am a couple of kgs off my first goal and they are being a little stubborn. Winter here in NZ so outdoor activity has slowed down. Maybe I need a treadmill for a few months.
