Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. Mindi directed me your way. Let me just sum up my diet life for ya. Those that know me from L&S know this story. I did Body for Life for about a yeal and lost 30lbs. Then quit smoking and BFL and gained the 30lbs back. Now that I conquered the smoking I tried BodyRx which I didn't feel was making any fat loss progress. Now I think I am going to focus on the losing the fat and then firming up. BodyRx was great to get my strength up there. So I am really not sure at this point what I am going to do. I have been off diet road for about 2 weeks now and I need to get back on track. I am hoping to find tons of motivation for everyone here. Thanks again Mindi.
