So my final weigh in is tonight an I need to know if my plan is a good one! Haha
I am not going to drink much water - only what's necessary and I may have taken a Diurex too. Haha
I packed an egg for a mid morning snack and a spinach salad with apples, a small amount of chicken, and an orange pepper. I also have a few apple slices for an afternoon snack. Do you think this food will make me weigh more? Should I just not eat anything at all?
I'm also tempted to pay the one time fee to use the sauna at a local hotel here. Hahaha
I know these are just 'tricks' and not proper ways to lose weight and that more than likely I'll gain a bit of it back, but there's a few hundred bucks on the line and I want to win!!! Hahaha
Any other tricks you guys have to offer?
