Default I gained 10 lbs in the last two months! :(

Hello,

I'm new to the site. I'm a 34 year old single mom going to school right now (and looking for part time work).

I struggle with bingeing in the evenings and I've gained weight over the past two months. I've decided to cut out sugar and flour and this is my third day. It's pretty difficult because I get headaches and insomnia...plus the evening compulsions/cravings. I've tried this before and haven't made it more than 4 days, so I thought I'd do something different this time...and I'm here!

Thanks for reading

Cutting out all that white stuff will be the best thing you ever did. It will be a monster and try to lure you back. BUT if you tough it out you will not miss it and it will help you shed weight and think clearly. Good luck!!

Thanks sum38!

Yes, I'm hoping to feel the increased energy and decreased fogginess that they say comes when people cut out sugar. That would be awesome. I'm just going one day at a time for this week. If I can make it 5 days, I'll break my record.

Thanks for the encouragement!
