I am trying (not so hard) to lose weight. My mind wants it more than anything, but my body wants food!! LOL It's going to be a long and hard road, but with the help and encouragement of people in the community, I am sure that I will make it!! My first step is accepting that there is a problem and that I need to get healthy. The next step is stopping making excuses, like, "I don't really look that bad" and "Being curvy can be sexy", when I really know that that is not what I want for my health, self-esteem, or self. Not fitting into any clothes and getting healthy should be my #1 motivators. The question is, "Where should I start??" I am willing to take some advice that comes my way, and I am more that willing to offer advice to others!! Thanks so much!!
