Default TOM is ruining my life T.T

I was SO excited to be down to 208 on Sunday. I weighed myself yesterday..211? I nearly screamed. I know people bloat during this time, but 3lbs? Should I expect it to go down by next week? I almost reached my frickin' 10lb goal this month until this crap. ARGH D:<

Ya that's totally normal. Some people go up even more than that. I can't tell you when to expect it to go back down exactly, but keep going with your eating plan and exercise plan and it WILL go back down (probably plus some).

Don't forget to keep drinking lots and lots of water. That will help.
I usually see the drop about three days after TOM ends. I've started tracking more carefully to see when the bloating starts and ends so that I'm mentally prepared for it. I don't weigh at all during TOM anymore as it is too depressing and too easy to decide to eat to much cause I'm up anyway (if that makes sense!)

Dont worry too much. I actually gain 5-7lbs at TOM. If I stick to my diet and exercise I actually lose that weight plus a pound or two. Of course I dont see the loss for about 4-5 days after TOM ends.

I also try and stay away from high sodium foods because the water weight comes and I dont see the results I should and want to. Just continue what you're doing and you should be fine.

I read somewhere that people fluctuate between 1-8 lbs. So I wouldn't worry. As long as you're continuing what you are doing then you should be on the right path.

Live by the scale ... die by the scale.

Or something like that.
