Age 23 is a wonderful time to begin a new healthier lifestyle! Find a diet and/or exercise plan that seems doable and just keep at it. You will mess up, we all do, but the trick is to keep at it without giving up.
I've been guilty of that "all or nothing" syndrome and so I'm gonna suggest that you start with small changes like tracking your foods and/or calories and ease into this thing.
